THE PURSUIT OF HAPPYNESS

Will Smith stars in this true rags-to-riches tale based on the life of investment banker Chris Gardner. Safety Representatives monitored only the scene with the Labrador retriever belonging to Walter Ribbon (Kurt Fuller). We were unable to directly supervise the rest of the animal action  in Pursuit of Happyness due to limited resources and scheduling conflicts. However, the production complied with all registration requirements, submitted a shooting script and relevant animal scheduling information, and provided a pre-release screening of the film, as requested by American Humane.
